Audun Wickstrand Iversen
Audun W. Iversen was elected Chairman of the board of directors 24 April 2015. Mr. Iversen is CEO of EAM Solar ASA and board member of Opera Software ASA. He has been working as a telecom analyst and telecom portfolio manager for 12 years with a leading Norwegian investment bank. He has also worked for the national telecom regulatory authorities. He holds a 'Siviløkonom' degree from the Norwegian School of Management, Oslo, and 'Høyere Avdeling' from NHH, Bergen.
Aril Resen is a co-founder of Telio. He has been on the board of directors since the inception in 2003. Resen's background is as an entrepreneur and angel investor in several technology companies.
He holds an MBA (SFSU San Francisco) 1990. He has previously worked at the San Francisco Stock Exchange, derivatives floor and as a stockbroker for Alfred Berg Norge AS.

Ellen Hanetho was elected to the board of directors of Telio Holding ASA in May 2013. She is the CEO of Frigaard Invest AS, an Oslo based investment company within Frigaard Gruppen. Previously, she was a partner in Credo Partners AS (2013-2012) and a senior associate in Goldman Sachs International (1997-2002).
Ellen holds an MBA from Solvay Business School (1996) and a BSBA in Business and Administration from Boston University (1995). Ellen Hanetho serves on the board of directors of Crudecorp ASA, Fearnley Securities AS and Fearnley Finans AS.
Snorre Kjesbu is the Vice President and General Manager for the Collaboration Endpoint Technology Group (CETG). This is a global organization responsible for all of Cisco’s collaboration hard endpoints including the Cisco IP Phones and TelePresence products. As the leader of CETG, he provides direction for product management, operations, innovations and development. His global team is primarily located in the USA, Norway, China and India. Prior to this role, he led the TelePresence Systems Business Unit (TSBU). Before joining Cisco, Kjesbu held senior management positions at Tandberg and ABB. Kjesbu serves on the board of directors of several IT-companies.
Silje Veen was elected to the board of directors of Telio Holding ASA in May 2013. Ms. Veen is the Managing Director of T.D. Veen AS, which is the largest shareholder in Telio Holding ASA. She is founder and owner of Foodstory (restaurants in Norway focusing on ecological food). She holds a number of board positions both as Chairman and member. Ms. Veen holds a Master of Marketing (Sivilmarkedsfører) from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) 1990-1994 and 1 year of international marketing at Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Grenoble (1991-1992).
